Before joining Phase One Realty in early 2000, Doug was the asset manager and development/marketing coordinator with Zydeco, a Division of Yates Drilling Company. Doug has been a a real estate broker since 1992. Prior to that, Doug was a director of marketing and development director. Even earlier, Doug was the, athletics director and secondary mathematics and computer science teacher and administrator.
