Doug specializes in commercial exchanges, leasing and sales.

Before joining Phase One Realty in early 2000, Doug was the asset manager and development/marketing coordinator with Zydeco, a Division of Yates Drilling Company. Doug directed, managed and leased the company's extensive real estate portfolio throughout the state of New Mexico including multi-tenant/multi-story office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centers, hotels and other types of investment property.

Doug has been a a real estate broker since 1992. Prior to that, he was a director of marketing and a not-for-profit development director. As a commercial broker, Doug has closed more than 110 transactions (lease and sale) totaling more than $32 MM in value.

Doug has a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Bennington College in Vermont and a Master's Degree from the University of New Mexico. He is a CCIM designee, a member of Lambda Alpha International and a real estate investor. Contact Doug to discuss your commercial real estate needs.
